We went into the grocery store in hunt for a fat,juicy,20 pound turkey. It was two days till thanksgiving and the hunt was on…

We were scanning the mountain side when we saw an enormous  flock of turkeys.I spotted the largest one of all,it looked like 40 pounds of meat,I quickly pointed it out to my father.He smiled in agreement and in mounting anticipation dad got the turkey in his sights.His finger touched the cold ,shiny,metallic…

Hi everyone!

Hi! Courtney here! If you were here yesterday, you might be wondering how I got this web site up and doing good. Well, it’s all because I got some help from my father. He is right now 50 years old but very smart.

As you know my name is Courtney, and I live in the USA on a farm. I have 2 dogs, one cat, and two small house birds (a parakeet and a cockatiel). We used to have guineas (bird) and ducks and a cow. My farm isn’t an animal farm thou it is a vegetable farm. We help Papaw grow pumpkins, watermelons, corn, beans, lettuce, squash, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and more. I grew up here and I learned to walk out in the field before that I played and crawled around out there while mom and Papaw worked. Mom says I could tell the difference between a weed and the plants before I could walk.

I also enjoyed computers at an early age (3 yrs old). My mom says I showed her how to up load a game at that age, and my aunt Brenda let me surf the web. So I love computers, that is part of the reason I asked Dad to help me build this blog. The other reason is I have 1 sister and 2 brothers (all teenagers). I needed a place of my own since my brothers and sister have face book and/or my space. My parents wouldn’t allow me to have one (I still love them any ways).

That’s enough for now. I’m sure you want to tell me about yourselves too. So go ahead and let me know what you do for fun and who you are. I am looking forward to reading all about you. J
